Head of Research
Sophie Enstone is passionate about research. She has been involved in CamSTAR research work since her PGCE with Homerton College. Following on from this, she undertook the Researching Practice Research MEd which explored the role of Citizenship within the curriculum. In the past, Sophie has worked with a Maths colleague to ascertain how dialogic teaching was being applied in English and Maths, and explore the outcomes this had on the same set of students. Sophie strongly believes that classroom-based research is a crucial part of reflecting upon, improving and sustaining effective teaching.
